Il patrimonio del M.A.C.S. si è recentemente arricchito di due collezioni: la Collezione Vittoria e Antonio Borelli composta da più di trenta pregevoli icone russe, comprese tra il XVII e il XIX secolo e la Collezione Giacomo Dodesini che conta centotre statue di devozione casalinga quasi tutte poste sotto campane di vetro, con immagini di Gesù, Maria e Santi fatte di cera, tessuto ricamato, carta, legno scolpito e dipinto, vetro, terracotta.
