Lettere personali, opere di Giacomo Manzù, doni e reliquie vengono esposte dal 31 maggio al 6 luglio presso le sale del M.A.C.S. a testimonianza di quanto Giovanni XXIII amò e venne amato dalla città di Romano di Lombardia. Molti degli oggetti sono ricordi che i Romanesi custodivano gelosamente nelle loro case e che hanno messo a disposizione del M.A.C.S. per rendere omaggio al grande Papa Buono in occasione dell’anno Paolino. Un ringraziamento particolare va al Seminario Vescovile di Bergamo, alla Congregazione dei Vescovi di Roma, nonché a Mons. Loris Capovilla per gli oggetti messi a disposizione della mostra e per la collaborazione generosamente prestata.
